Dear members of the Slovenian Society for Gastroenterology and Hepatology (SAGH) and invitees,
We are pleased to invite you to the Alpe-Adria-Donava (AAD) Congress, organized by SAGH and the section of medical nurses and technicians (SSMS and ZT) in endoscopy and gastroenterology.
The congress will take place at Brdo pri Kranju (https://brdo.si/brdo/kongresi/) from October 20th to 21st, 2023, and aims to provide updates on the latest developments in gastroenterology, hepatology, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and abdominal surgery. The achievements of Slovenian physicians in this field will be presented.
The meeting is international with invited lecturers from the United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Norway, Hungary, Portugal and neighboring regions.
In addition to lectures, endoscopic workshops will be organized, and practical examples from daily practice with a focus on digestive diseases will be presented.
The meeting is open to all members of both societies (SAGH and SSMS and ZT) and interested specialists from other fields.
Our colleagues from neighboring countries will also be invited to attend.
The meeting will be held in English.

The meeting will begin on Friday 20.10.2023 at 09:00 hours and
adjourn on Saturday 21.10.2023 at 18:00.
Concurrently to the meeting there will be endoscopic workshops on Friday (20.10.2023).
This will be limited to 4 doctors and 4 nurses/endoscopy technicians.
Endoscopic workshops will be available only for pre-registered participants.
